Access Reader G2 Professional

The Ubiquiti UA-G2-Pro Access Reader G2 Professional is a feature-rich NFC card reader and intercom system, designed for secure and convenient access control. This device allows door unlocking using either an NFC card or the UniFi Identity mobile app, providing versatile access options. It includes a doorbell feature that activates an intercom with a video feed of the visitor, ensuring secure and clear communication. The video functionality is compliant with ADA mounting height standards, enhancing accessibility. An additional security feature is the capability to unlock the system using a PIN directly on the screen.

This model is powered over Ethernet (PoE), facilitating easy connectivity to the UniFi Access Hub without the need for separate power supplies. It is built to withstand the elements, boasting an IP55 rain resistance rating and operational capability in temperatures ranging from -10 to 45° C (14 to 113° F), making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings.

The G2 Pro is designed for straightforward installation, with options for wall or gang box mounting. Its enclosure is crafted from durable polycarbonate and glass, with an aluminum alloy mount, ensuring durability and longevity. The device features a high-resolution 12 MP camera capable of delivering 4000 x 3000 images at 30 FPS, alongside BLE 4.2 connectivity and a GbE RJ45 port, among other advanced specifications. With dimensions of 160 x 40.4 x 40.55 mm (6.3 x 1.59 x 1.6") and a weight of 136 g, it offers a compact and robust solution for modern access control needs.

The reader supports the following NFC technology: MIFARE Classic, MIFAREPlus, MIFARE Ultralight, MIFARE DESFire and NFC Tag 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. UA-G2-Pro is managed in the UniFi Access application: Version 1.5.9 and later.
