G2 Starter Kit

The Ubiquiti UA-G2-SK G2 Starter Kit is designed as a comprehensive solution to kickstart a secure access control system for one door with one reader. The Door Hub in the kit is designed with a polycarbonate enclosure and mounting material, ensuring durability and ease of installation. It supports up to five 10/100/1000 Base-T networking interfaces and is powered through PoE++. This hub is capable of a maximum power consumption of 30W without PoE output and 50W with PoE output, featuring PoE passthrough with a total of 20W spread across four PoE outputs. For security and emergency protocols, it includes a factory-reset button, system LEDs for operational status, and input for digital signals like request to exit or enter and door position sensors​

The G2 Reader, also included in the kit, boasts an IP55 weatherproofing rating, making it suitable for outdoor use. It is equipped with a proximity sensor, an NFC reading range of less than 30mm, and supports various NFC standards and technologies, including ISO 14443A, 14443B, 15693, and MIFARE DESFire, among others.
